Our latest project
PowerAnchor is the smartest way to deliver power to student made car and aircraft projects. No need for batteries or steering, because the vehicle is tethered to the PowerAnchor which gives it power. The vehicle goes around the PowerAnchor in a 4m diameter circle.
Unique contact design
The brass bushes are designed for maximum contact ensuring continuous power. The unique segmentation feature allows for easy cleaning. The double bush system means that two vehicles can be powered at once. Time for races.
Graph results, see trends
A bonus datalogger is available with the PowerAnchor purchase so students can measure the speed of cars, or the speed and height of planes. Then enter results into the DataCrunch software. The graphs make it easy to see the relationships between dependent and independent variables. Using the analysis tools students can propose optimal values and make informed modifications to their vehicle. Data logging and graphing software are simply web pages, so no downloading needed. Note: data logging is dependent on testing conditions.
